After fabrication of the products frame is complete, the product is then sandblasted and acid washed in order to remove scale, rust and contaminants prior to painting. This provides a profile to promote paint adhesion to the steel. The unit is inspected for extrusions and excess slag. The unit is caulked to prevent water saturation with the paint. These activities ensure that the units are able to withstand inclement climatic conditions.

Each unit is primed, then painted by Trained specialists through an electrostatic paint process. Once the trailer is painted, it is placed in a dry bay to ensure full adhesion to the steel frame. It also allows the paint to harden thus guaranteeing a quality, lasting finish.

All paint and primer is applied by electrostatic spray. This gives the paint a wrap around feature to ensure every inch of the trailer is painted. This also provides a more uniform coat of paint on the entire trailer.
